Winter weather closure

Friday, January 23 and Saturday, January 24: The library is currently scheduled to be open regular hours. 

Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26: Chapel Hill Public Library will be closed due to hazardous winter weather forecasts. All programs are cancelled. If you have items due soon, please hold on to them if possible. For updates on library hours and programs Tuesday and beyond, please check our website and social media.

Program Description

Event Details

Super Summer Fun Club is our school-age, camp-themed, library adventure club. We welcome kids ages 6-12 for a variety of super fun indoor and outdoor activities.

This week’s activity is Camp CHPL Field Day!

We’ll be heading outdoors for fun and games at our awesome field day!  Come ready to play and make new friends!

Wear your comfy sneakers and don’t forget your water bottle and sunscreen.
