Grab your gloves and pitch in to improve our park ecosystem as a regular Pritchard Park workday volunteer. Workdays are held from 9:30am-12pm one Saturday per month.
Responsibilities
- Pull, cut, or dig out invasive species
- Plant native trees and perennials
- Help maintain park trails
Requirements
- One Saturday morning per month
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with other volunteers under the guidance of library staff
- Appropriate gloves and attire for working outdoors in any weather across uneven terrain
- Willingness to get dirty
- Ages 16 and up
