Reserve a Room (by room)

Located on the main floor, Meeting Room A is a large room with terrace access.

Located on the main floor, Meeting Room B is a large room with terrace access.

Located on the main floor, Meeting Room C is a medium-capacity boardroom.

Located on the main floor, Meeting Room D is a small-capacity boardroom.

Located on the ground floor, the Conference Room has a table, 4 chairs, and a white board.  

Reservation restrictions:

• 2 hour time limit
• 1 reservation every 7 days
• can book up to 48 hours in advance

You can reserve the outdoor plaza space in front of the library. The space can be used for non-commercial activities (demonstrations, vigils, providing information to the public, etc.) as well as for non-profit commercial activities (selling goods or soliciting funds).
