Program Description

Event Details

Join us for a free, all-levels slow flow yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This is an active practice with a steady pace, but we offer plenty of modifications so everyone can participate comfortably. It’s a dynamic flow that can be adapted to meet your needs. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll be supported throughout. Come as you are, move how you can, and enjoy a welcoming space to breathe and stretch.

Bring a yoga mat and water to stay comfortable and hydrated.
