Event Details
Embrace the New Year in a 2-hour nature and gratitude journaling session with writer and certified interpretive guide Margot Lester. Our session focuses on deepening our connection to nature, sparking wonder, and practicing mindfulness and gratitude. Activities include sense-sharpening, observations and doodling, prompted and free writing, and opportunities for sharing. I’ll also introduce a few books that have inspired me. Bring your own writing utensils and journal/paper. Weather permitting, we may venture outside for some activities, so dress in layers and wear comfortable, sturdy walking shoes.
