Do you love Heartstopper? Are there other LGBTQIA+ graphic novels you love, and want to discuss? Join CHPL librarians in a monthly graphic novel book club for teens that centers queer stories and voices. Each month we'll have a group of graphic novels to choose from. Read one (or more) and join us for an evening of chatting, fun, and snacks!
For teens and tweens in grades 6-12.
Lights, camera, panels! 🎬✨ This month, Queer Comics Club is diving into stories that leap from screen to page (and back again). From swoony romances to supernatural showdowns, we’re celebrating queer movies and TV shows with graphic novel roots, and graphic novel adaptations of some favorite shows. Join us as we compare formats, gush over our favorite characters, and celebrate the power of queer storytelling across media.
