Chapel Hill Public Library will be closed December 24–28. We'll be open for regular hours on December 29–30. The library will close early at 6pm on December 31 and will be closed on January 1.

Event Details

Join historian Dr. William Sturkey for an afternoon of history and reflection on the 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's "Letter from a Birmingham Jail."

Students from UNC and CH/Carrboro City School will read from the letter. After the reading, several students will offer reflections.
