Friday, January 23 and Saturday, January 24: The library is currently scheduled to be open regular hours. 

Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26: Chapel Hill Public Library will be closed due to hazardous winter weather forecasts. All programs are cancelled. If you have items due soon, please hold on to them if possible. For updates on library hours and programs Tuesday and beyond, please check our website and social media.

CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER! Please join us for the next Family Nature Walk, on March 22, 2025

 

Join us in Pritchard Park for a series of guided family nature walks, led by ecoEXPLORE Education Specialist Adam Prince.

Even in the middle of winter, we have so many species of birds that call North Carolina home! Join this bird walk to learn to identify local birds by sight and sound! Bring binoculars, if you like, or just join for the walk.
